Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy. Items can therefore be returned within 30 days after receipt, provided they are in their original re-sellable condition.

Items must therefore be unused/unopened, with tags, and in its original packaging, to be eligible for return. The original proof of purchase receipt will also need to be provided.

To start the return process, please contact us at info@cleancutformen.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We will issue a refund (excluding delivery fees) within 14 working days of receipt. 

Non-Returnable Items

Since Clean Cut for Men sells personal care goods (a.k.a. beauty products), generally these items are not eligible for return if used/opened. Please get in touch about any issue you are facing as we are prepared to provide a refund where justified.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can do our own investigations and provide a refund where necessary.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your situation/return, and let you know the status of a refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember that it does take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
